Returns/Exchange:

• • Please note, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds on any purchases.

• • If you need to exchange your product for a different size, we’re happy to assist, subject to availability. Exchanges must be requested within 3 days of delivery. Please email us at help@krosso.in with your order details and exchange request.
  • Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and packaging intact.

• • Returned items will undergo a quality check once received. If the product is used, damaged, or missing tags, we reserve the right to decline the exchange request without any justification provided and the decision of management would be final.

• • If you receive a defective/damaged product, kindly provide clear pictures of the defect along with the product images for verification on help@krosso.in within 24 hours of delivery.
